Equipment
Tubular Turning
Six L&L CNC Lathes, with Range 2/3 (30+ ft) tubular handling systems, capable of threading, turning, boring, flexing.
Short Turning
Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 450-II high precision CNC lathe enables quick turnaround for low volume or prototype production. STAR SR-32J Swiss machining center produces unique, high volume, compact parts.
Milling
Mazak VARIAXIS 730-5X II 5-Axis CNC mill allows for machining of complex 3-dimensional contours and features. Mazak Vertical Center Smart 530C vertical machining center enables manufacturing of multi-featured downhole tools and components.
